Education of Librarians

In the twentyfirst century, almost everything changes rapidly and continuously. In In this changing atmosphere the only stable thing is the more and more increasing importance and power of knowledge.
Not long ago, the development level of the countries was appreciated by the success that they had achieved in the industry, but today the final determinating element of the development level is the transformation of the produced informations to the technology and service.
In these conditions in order to use the information in the best way for
their aim: To reach the sources of knowledge most economicly and rapidly; To select necessity informations among in these sources; To organise selected information; To keep obtained information and to provide reach again to them is very important.
All these acts are interested in professions which we determine as librarian, archivest, documentalist.
I will try to clarify the people who work on above mentioned professions should be trained by which universities and have which qualifications to do requirements to their professions.
