Naziv rada: Evropsko učenje - Dizajniranje sutrašnjeg obrazovanja i bibliotekari

Iskustva u razvoju kontinuiranog obrazovanja za bibliotekare i
menadžere informacija


Rezime

Krajem devedesetih godina razvoj evropskog obrazovanja se posebno koncentrisao ka oblasti stručnog usavršavanja. Kamen temeljac ovim promenama postavio je tzv. Beli papir o obrazovanju (1996), ali konkretni pravac budućih zajedničkih akcija zemalja Evropske unije u obrazovanju za period 2OOO-2OO6.godina utvrđeni su u dokumentu "Towards a Europe of knowledge." (Prema učenoj Evropi). Čitav taj proces ima za cilj razvoj doživotnog obrazovanja i njegovo stalno osavremenjavanje. Uočeno je zaostajanje u oblasti korišćenja novih informacionih tehnologija. Da bi se to prevazišlo, Evropska unija je početkom 2OOO-te pripremila novu obrazovnu strategiju pod nazivom Elearning - Designing Tomorows Education (Evropskog učenja - dizajniranje sutrašnjeg obrazovanja). Jedan od urgentnih ciljeva je razvijanje informacione pismenosti i korišćenje Interneta.

Bibliotekarstvo se, kao profesija, nalazi pod velikim pritiskom promena koje donose nove tehnologije i novi mediji. Zato su neke zemlje (Francuska, npr.) donele nacionalni program razvoja (curriculum) za obrazovanje i stručno usavršavanje bibliotekara. Bibliotekari balkanskih zemalja treba da u duhu evropskih opredeljenja i iskustava rade na permanentnom obrazovanju svojih stručnjaka.Izbor strategije permanentnog obrazovanja zavisi od mnogih faktora. U svetu se eksperimentisalo sa tri modela: na terenu ( u biblioteci ), u nastavnom centru i obrazovanje na daljinu. U oblasti prezentacije, moderni pristup kroz kurseve, module, kreativne radionice ... Obrazovanje bibliotekara je jedna od najvažnijih profesionalnih tema brojnih međunarodnih konferencija i oblast gde treba razmenjivati iskustva, jer se i u okviru akademskog obrazovanja pristupilo promenama planova i programa, pa čak i naziva katedri (SAD, Holandija...)

Experiance of infrastructure development of continuing education for Librarians and information specialists

The section of the Conference: The librarian's education

Summary of the presentation:

By the end of the ninetieth Europian's education development was concetrating particular on professional education. The Ground for that was made by "White paper of education" (1996), but direction of the future EU common action's in education, in period 2OOO-2OO6, has been established in document "Towards a Europe of knowledge". This hole process has one target - developing of the lifelong education, the wide acsess to education and theirs permanent modernizeing. In the new technology area was seeing that it has some remnant. To solve that ptoblem, EU has prepaired, in the beginning of the 2OOOth, new strategy of education -" Elearning - Designing Tommorow's Education."

The targets of that strategy are new technology and Internet implementations. Library science and library profession are changing rapidly by the influence of the new technology. Some countries (France, for example) brought national curriculum about Librarians education. The librarians from Balkan have to start permanent education's process in the europian's spirit. The choice of the strategy in that field depend of the many factors. There are 3 models which was experimenting in the world untill now.

Librarians have to get equal opportunitis to learn trough modern aprouches, courses, trainig, workshops.. where they can solve the practical problems.In this area should be interwine traditional and new.Trainig and education of the librarians are todays most importante issues of the international conferences. And academic education to, is going to change theirs teaching programms and accepting new methods for librarian's and information specialist's education.
